«Asaka» Bank operates in national market of finance services more than 23 years. It was established on November, 1995. Stockholders — Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan, «Uzavtosanoat» Stock Company, The Fund of Reconstruction and Development of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Stock Company «Almalyk Mining and Metallurgical Complex» (AMMC), Unitary Enterprise «Bukhara Oil Refinery», SJSRC «Uzbekistan railways» and others.

It is the 2nd Commercial bank in the republic by capital value and assets. Regional network is presented by 27 Subsidiaries, 77 Mini-Banks and 139 points of retail banking services all over the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan. It is positioned as large universal finance-credit institution with wide spectrum of traditional and modern bank services.

Amount of serviced economy subjects exceeds 49,6 thousand. Representatives of different economy fields and spectrums: motor industry, precision machinery industry and instrument engineering, metal processing, mining, energetics, constructional complex, cotton processing industry and textile manufacture, pharmaceutics, printing industry, food industry, agriculture, transport and network, trade and catering, service industries and others are among them. Quantity of serviced individual persons exceeds 2.0 million.

Quantity of regular customers of bank retail services — more than 1,8 million people.

«Asaka» Bank is an active member of external economic collaboration. It promotes attraction of direct foreign investments in the development of strategic fields of national economy. Correspondence relations are established with more than 370 leading foreign banks.

Bank was repeatedly assessed as «The best bank in Uzbekistan» of popular foreign publishing houses such as «Euromoney», «Global Finance» and «The Banker».

Asaka Bank pays great attention to its international status. Particularly, international rating agencies assign a various type of ratings on a regular basis.

Total assets as of 1st January 2019 made UZS 30 361,2 bln.

Overall capital increased by UZS 84,9 bln. and amounted to UZS  3 168,1 bln.

Credit investments and leasing is equivalent to UZS 24 750,4 bln.

In the structure of the loan portfolio long-term loans are UZS 24 480,4 bln, including investment credits — UZS 24 472,0 bln.
